I like it, that's a beautiful theme you're using for the whole website. The only thing I would change is I would put a real picture of the plaza you're renting out instead of that sketch thing you have there now. I think a really nice, clear, high def picture will be more eye-catching.

Agree with the first comment, it looks more like a homepage than a landing page.

I'd switch out the interactive slider for a traditional slider just because it may be confusing for people (was for me at first, the image just looked stretched).

Also, you're missing a CTA on the front page.

I'd fix those elements before running the campaign.

First you have to fill us in on a few things.
For anyone to give you a fair assessment on this site is doing so BLIND.

The first impression I got from this was that you were a real estate developer.
So, the idea of this site is to get renters? By looking at the drawings I'm assuming this structure hasn't been built yet, and that the mall is in the development phase.

If you are going to advertise ANYTHING a little copy on the page would help. The copy should immediately address the target market and educate what the benefits of renting with you will be.

Not the features but the BENEFITS.

If I were to rent to you, my main concerns would probably be:

LOCATION - Issues like how close to housing areas is this mall, etc.
Square Footage I'd be getting and how much I'll be paying for it.
What rules like signage will I need to follow
What are the utilities going to run me
What about security

You see what I'm saying? To be honest, this is a pet-peeve with me. I like to mostly write ad copy for software companies and they have the slickest sites I've ever seen. However, I could no more tell what their software does than a goat after looking at their page.

So, if I were you I'd address my target market at the top of the page at least.

As most people have already addressed here that your site loads too slow and the theme isn't specifically designed for a PPC campaign. Maybe here are some actionable changes to consider:

(1) To address your issue with the web hosting you may wish to consider:
- Getting a better web hosting. You'll be surprise at how important a reliable and fast web hosting can influence your results and search engine placements. A slow website draws people away. I recommend you consider hosting at MDDHosting, KingFish58 (a member on this forum), or NameCheap. These are a few of many quality web hosting companies that may be able to help get you faster loading speed.
- Pick a less heavy loading template. WordPress already takes up a lot of resources. So a template heavy on high def pictures would understandably make the load times even more compounded.
- Cache your page. If you're using WordPress consider a page caching plugin or enabling CloudFlare which will significantly help with your page loads.

(2) To address your landing page. I can't help to specifically with this at this time since there are quite a few things to consider. I suppose another member may be able to comment on this better. If not I'll give it a go in the morning (it's 1:30 AM now haha)

It took over 10 seconds to load.

I think your website is yet to be construction.
Website is loading slow and please check your inner pages they did not have proper page url's.
The image is also not quite impressive and I didn't get for what are part1 and part 2 box meant for. If you use still dark font would be more appealing and readable.
I think you haven't added any third party integrations like social media buttons.
I didn't find video in your website and increase the website title font size.

I think you need to make some improvements, the main image is weird and zooms in and out not sure what part 1 or part 11 is about. I suggest checking out an actual company like lead pages to make an unreal landing page.

First of all, it takes way too much time to load!
overall, it's OK, but the slider is a bit confusing.First of all, the image takes too long to load, when I scroll down on your page, the slider image zooms in and stays that way (even when I select part II. By the way maybe you should use "east and west" or something else rather than part I and II) and the image is also "broken" in half.

First of all very slow to load because of high graphics and lots of plugins.

1. The loading plugin doesn't seems good. (Gives Spammy feeling)
2.Fill it with some text content .
3. Improve optimization for faster loading times.Should be under 3 sec.
4.Remove that zoom option in front page.
