How to get Foriegn Tax ID for Signing up Hostgator affiliate?

When i tried to sign up Hostgator.com affiliate, they asked me to enter EIN/SSN. But i am outside the US, so i have to provide the Foreign Tax ID you entered on your W-8 form.

I live in India. Where can i get the W 8 form and foreign tax id number? i have PAN card(India) only and have a bank account and active Paypal account.
How can i complete my sign up process?

    Hey Sandropp, you can get a USA EIN but its going to take some work on your part. What you can do is open up a Delware LLC here in the states. When you do that you can get a US Federal EIN business number. You can use that EIN number to open a US bank account, use PayPal or other services that require a USA Tax ID.
