Oh Hell - Getresponse Eliminated A Crucial Feature

I hope Simon might be able to address this issue.

As far as I know, MOST autoresponders allow you to put inactive subscribers BACK into a follow up series when they become inactive.

GetResponse removed that feature.

With the old GR, you could "copy" inactive subscribers from a campaign BACK into the same campaign and into an active cycle so they can receive all the new follow ups you added while they were inactive.

The feature is no more, but apparently so many people moaned about the feature being gone (go figure) that they might reinstate it.

I was told by one of their support representatives that when you have inactive subscribers, you can now only send them newsletter type emails and not follow ups.

Nightmare!

This is pretty bad in my opinion, because if you have thousands of inactive subscribers (even if they just went inactive for a week), you cannot put them into the cycle anymore.

GR, Simon...whoever can fix this, please do so fast?

Regards,
Reinhardt

wow, you learn something new everyday. I thought when subscribers became inactive, that we were not able to send them anything anymore period. I personally delete the inactive subscribers, I guess I have lost a lot of money doing this.
