How to make money from listing suppliers in E book?

Hi, I will be publishing an Ebook that covers how to perform a technical subject. This subject is taught in colleges, universities and private "trade" schools. I am considering listing the private schools in the appendix as there are only about 10, but not the colleges as they are in the hundreds. I am wondering if there is a way to make money from listing these schools, none of them have affiliate programs. I might ask them to buy some ebooks or to promote my book to their students, but I don't know what kind of reception it would get and if it is practical. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to make money from listing schools in the ebook? Thanks, Ed.
