where to sell my well established ebooks selling Ecommerce website?

I have an established 1 year old website with over $600 earnings from ebooks selling .
Over the last 9 months the site has been making $500-$600 on average. Passive income with no work .
There are currently over 20,000 Ebooks uploaded on the site. To be fair, I have neglected this site for the past 1 month due to other projects on hand, yet the site is still increasing in traffic.. The new owner can take this website to greater heights with massive earning potential!
The website has great potential for anyone who wants to make money with it from day 1.

But My question is where can i list this website for selling?

    Don't sell it. If it's increasing in traffic and income with no work on your part... then just let it keep doing that. No maintenance... just let it keep making money for you so that you can have something to pay bills with - or drop it when it reaches absolute $0 earnings per month for you.

    Why are you selling it? I would not sell to if the traffic was increasing and if I were earning $500 - $600 per month.

    Are the e-books available for free or is it paid? What is your source of income? Is it advertisements or something else?
