Submitting RSS Feeds

I've just started submitting rss feeds - I'm currently using RSSBot from Big Mike.

How often do you submit a feed or do you do it one time? For instance, I just submitted my blog fee via RSSBot - so am I done for that feed or do I have to submit it each time I post a new article, etc... ?

What about article directories? Can you somehow submit those via rssbot?

generally, what all can you submit via rss to these feed aggregators?

    I do not use RSS bot. but, if you are talking about submitting feeds to an RSS aggregator or directory, then you only do it once. There is specialized software available for submitting to article directories - usually not very expensive.

    RSS = Really Simple Syndication - it is a protocol designed to distribute articles posted on your site to your site readers or others.
