It's the same question you asked about veterinarians - and the answers are the same, too.

Real estate agents and brokers operate using their own money for expenses and have access to tools they need. The only thing an RE agent might have ANY interest in is something personalized to pass out to customers - and those are usually sold to them by specialty companies that visit the RE offices regularly.

I think you are shooting in the dark here - you have access to "lists of certain type people" and you are looking for ways to sell to them. You have not said where the lists are coming from or whether these people have expressed any interest. That's an important question.

If you created a unique software or product for agents, that might have some traction but you are isolating a group and then looking for "something" to sell to them. It is unlikely to work.

That said - if you can get away from "want to sell something to them" for a bit you might be able to cultivate a list and create a sales opportunity by offering free tools and building a real list. BUT you would need to be well versed in the field you are selling to and that doesn't seem to be the case here.

you should be in the offline section with this but realestate agents show off houses so you want to offer slide show videos that showcase their houses and these can be made on fiverr. also mobile websites are hot for this niche as they show houses on their phones

That's pretty simple, real estate agents want two things-

1) Find people who want to sell their home.
2) Find people who want to buy a home.

So if you have a list of real estate agents, find things to help them with one of those two tasks. I've written copy, taken photos and shot video for local agents and they did sell more homes, so that's certainly an option if you can write or work a camera. You don't need a list for doing that though because ultimately, you'd want to reach out to local agents since that's where the work is.

So unless you're going to invent a better mousetrap for searching the MLM database, I'm afraid that your list is largely worthless. Maybe you can sell them a personal organizer app? I'm grasping at strings here to try and stay positive, but there's just not a lot there to work with.

I would strongly suggest using video marketing to sell your products. Videos convert much better than blogs or static post. If you use video to advertise your listings I think you will see a real rise in conversions plus you will seperate yourself from your competition.

You should have a list of appropriate, targeted, and updated at any time.

People come through IMail to do business, do not ever spam them with annoying emails.

Some IMail which captures in this week will not work in the next week, because they do not want to buy.

Editing good sales later, articles, videos, graffic, animations, images.

Buy a domain that has the keywords that you need, such as houses, lodging, buying and selling houses.
