Any News on Bluehost?

I just took up Bluehost's offer to upgrade at a cost of over $600AUD but they made some mistakes in the upgrade and all the crons are throwing errors.

Because they guaranteed the crons would be unaffected (of course the folder name had to change) they have apologised and said that the issue had been escalated. But now I can't get any response out of them at all.

Anyone know what's going on with them?

Any tips on how to proceed?

    Either recreate them or if you can't do that wait for them to look at it.

    OK, Bluehost have done something during upgrade that has made it impossible to run cron jobs and rather than fix their error (one of at least 3 errors I've noted they made during the upgrade) they have just stuck their heads in the sand and refused to communicate on the ticket.
