Any recommended "time frame" for a new website before apply for the above?

    As you said, its new, probably on your website isnt much content. First start by adding more and more contetent and get as much traffic you can. If you have no visitors to your site then as you know that there is no chance of making money with adsense.

    When you have enough of these, then apply for adsense.

    As far as I remember your website need to be 6 months old before you can apply on Adsense. You also need to have quality content and decent traffic.

    What Antonio said. Once you meet all adsense requirements, you will need to have substantial acceptable content on your site. The exact amount is not posted anywhere that I could find but most recommend 50 pages/blog post of content with 500+ words each.

    you dont need 50 pages at all, you could have a couple of pages if it is useful, completely unique info....All google wants to know is that your sites only purpose is not to make money from adsense. they want you to provide value. It depends a lot on what the subject is. if your site is about gardening then you have a good chance of being accepted, if your site is about asbestos cancer then you may have more trouble getting accepted.
