One of my articles went viral, but...
My recently launched website (in Jan 2015), reached a "staggering" amount of 24 articles published. I want my website to be a real authority in the industry (health) and my articles are of good quality, at least so I think....
So, what happened?
- a couple of days ago one of my articles, a 1,400 word one, became viral, on a small scale, got 154 facebook shares and brought me hundreds of visitors
- I don't promote my website on facebook at all, I only have an inactive facebook page
- currently I have a handful of clicks from organic search daily, with no backlinking or SEO
- the PROBLEM that I am facing is the HUGE bounce rate for the facebook visitors - approximately 78%. Is this something I need to worry about? I mean, if users shared my content and obviously liked it, how come the huge bounce rate?
Thanks!, tziahs
