How would you generate publishers for a ppc network?

I have just landed a large client to help drive publishers to their ppc network.


Would like some suggestions please.

    By publishers you mean website and blog owners?
    Advertise the PPC network on big Forums like this(there are plenty of people who have websites and blogs here) or use Google Adwords or Yahoo/Bing Ads.
