Default How Would You Handle Two Sister Sites?

I made a review site (site no. 1) using Chris Rempels conduit theme. It is strictly reviews on my niche product. I felt I wanted to add more value to the consumer and developed another site same topic which covers lots of information and tips and techniques.

At Site no.2, I included 5 of the top products from site no. 1 and a link for the consumer...ie if you want to read more reviews go to site no. 1.

If you were article marketing would you include links to both sites selecting a good keyword phrase as the anchor text for each or would you just pick the site that is the big site (reviews and content).
Or would you alternate between sites.

Each site has a link to the other.

At a quick glance, for a moment there I thought the question was:

Build links to both sites. I often do this but don't make it obvious that both sites are mine, ie use different pen names, different hosts etc.

Ultimately you want traffic going to all your sites from multiple sources.
