What do you reply when they ask you:

"Why are you giving me this for free? What's in it for you? You don't even know who I am! What are you gonna sell me? Why do you give me this free course or pdf".

    I think the more important question is what is it in you or what you are doing that would manifest in those questions?

    What they should be saying is "Damn! This is some incredible info for FREE! I wonder what's next?" This is what you should strive for.
