Question about review copies of upcoming WSO

Hi,

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I have some questions about review copies of an upcoming WSO that I am planning to post imminently.

Which forum do I post in offering review copies, or do I have to put it on the actual WSO thread itself? Ideally I would like to send out the review copies first, and include the reviews in the actual WSO thread when I post it.

Also, is it possible to recruit affiliates first - or again do I have to do that once I post the WSO? Ideally again, I would like to recruit affiliates first and have a date set for the WSO launch.
