It looks like you have a decent following already but this could be from the overpriced services that I saw selling on the page. This is going to be a tough market for you to be in as you are always going to have to compete with fiverr. Do you get a percentage of any sells like fiverr does or are you just trying to make money from ads? If you are serious about making money with this, I would recommend Facebook and YouTube ads but there will always be alot of sellers and finding the buyers for them is going to be the toughest part

i've read somewhere that making backlinks for fb fan page is also good for ranking page for the keyword and through this way you can collect likes to your page and more likes = more views to your Link.

Honestly the best way today is to start with Twitter and Social Media, and offer high value content to people, you'll naturally be contacted by other marketers who resonate with you, build relationships, and get promoted through them, as well as your name spread around.

Like wasa said, there's no magic bullet, it's a process of growing and nurturing relationships, and offering value to your customers. That's a business plan that can't fail!

I've spent years studying design, and you also want to consider what happens when someone actually lands on your website, because otherwise you're going to have a much harder time, because it will take 500 customers to do what you can do with 50 if your website is well designed.

I'd remove the background animations, and just focus on the content and education about your business as the first thing on the page.

well, there is no easy way to do this but go the hard way, find your audience where they reside and interact with them, don;t invite them to your site but remember to leave a link to direct them to your site,
Ensure to take care of keywords, make it easy for search engine to rank you.
It will take time but consistence will finally pay off
