Can't Verify Site in Webmaster Tools w/Multiple Domains on Hosting?

I have an unlimited space/bandwidth/domain account with JustHost, and have had no trouble at all adding new domains. In fact, it takes me less than 5 minutes to register a domain, change the nameservers, install Wordpress etc. and get it up.

However, when I try to use Google's Webmaster Tools for any of the addon sites, it simply won't verify. Whether going the meta code route or the html page, it just doesn't find it. Yes, I'm putting those things where they should go.

Have any of you had trouble with this? I really want to get my sitemap uploaded and verified.

Nope, all of my sites on all my shared accounts verify first time, every time.

I've not had this problem, either, though I don't use the hosting you do.
Are you certain you're using the correct code?
Perhaps you need to wait just a moment or 3 longer...if your domains aren't properly resolved(and this sometimes takes longer than "5 minutes" or so I've been told).

Have you checked your server logs for any error messages?
