How can I design a site like this?

Hi guys,

Posted this to the design forum but no responses...

A client needs a site like this: Self Motivation | Personal Growth & Entrepreneurship Development Nigeria - Deolu Akinyemi -- need to know if this is wordprss and how I can get it done, is it complex? Any tutorials available for this? Any other tips or whatever you know would eb a great help.

    It's a wordpress site.

    Install wordpress, and find the theme called "vibrant"

    Yea you can see it down in the site.

    When you download the theme it will look a little different but it's a great theme.

    How could it be that someone like you who is building sites for others don't know such an easy way to find out if a website uses Wordpress and what theme he use?

      I'm not building the sites myself I give them to designers I just wanted to know the details of how this is done, I'm anything but techie minded, my biggest flaw.
