    Brett,

I'm curious . . . why would you need a plugin for a disclosure? Won't a simple web page do the job?

Absolutely no need for a plug-in or even a page for that Brett.

Just add the Amazon recommended blurb below to the footer of your site.

"[Insert your name] is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to [insert the applicable site name"

If using Wordpress add the text to the footer.php template, right at the bottom where "Powered by Wordpress" or the theme author normally sits.
(Make an html copy before editing in case of balls-up)

I bought one from dealguardian.com. Not sure if it is exactly what you want though.

Well, I think, this website is all about the customers, vendors as well as affiliate scenario, where customer can purchase anything with getting all kinds of information. A vendor sells his product without any difficulties and Affiliates sells the third party product for gaining a better profit. If I am wrong, then please tell me.

Don't use a plugin. Or add the text. They both tell Google that you are an affiliate site and that calls your content into question. Instead, create a simple graphic with paint.net or whatever other graphics tool you prefer. Use the text option to add the affiliate disclosure and save as an image. Add the image to your footer. Any inspection by Amazon employees will show the disclosure but Google bots won't see it.

... but they will see your dirty great affiliate links, dash 20 codes etc, and a manual reviwer will see your carefully-disguised graphic.

If you build proper, useful sites you don't have to worry about what Google can 'see' at all.
