What is your best banner ad CTR?

I've just bought some media on a really popular site and I have been split testing about ten different banners and to be honest with you I'm kind of dissappointed with my CTR so far.
The best I have been able to get is 0.2%.
Now I have read on different sites many different statistics about banner ad ctr's and it seems the stats vary greatly from site to site, but based on what I have read 0.2 isn't terrible but it's also not the best.
I've heard some get 2.5% which would be a game changer.
What I really want is to get at least a 0.5% ctr.
If anyone can give me an example of a banner with at least a 0.5% I would be forever greatful.
