Amazon suspended my assoc. account

They said they could not load my website? Huh? It loads just fine for me on multiple servers, and I had already sold several items. Amazon says something in their firewall considers my site a security risk.

I call to my host provider says everything is fine as far as they can tell.

Anyone have any clue why this might be?

Everything checked ok. Amazon says they cannot pull up my site. But I had already sold items....so obviously it is up and working.

Contact their support team and ask them the location from where are trying to access your site.

Your site may load well for you if it's hosted on a server close to your location, but can load slow for them if they're far from it.

Tell them that your site is working ok for you and you need more information about this issue in order to solve it.
Ask them if they are seeing any blank page when accessing your site, if the site is continuously loading, if are they receiving any errors, etc.

The rep said he could get a partial load.

Would an SSL help? Change host providers?

As for specifics....they were less than helpful.

That probably means that your site is loading extremely slow.
I advise you to change the hosting provider or use a CDN (Content Delivery Network) service.

SSL won't help you because it has a completely different purpose.

Suspended your account for not getting to access your site. I am hearing this first ever so far they might thinking you used third party people to sell those products.

The rep said maybe their firewall was preventing loading. But it loads like grease for me.

I'd change host providers in a heartbeat if that would help. Any recommendations?

As for an SSL....I figured that wouldn't do anything but the host provider rep suggested it.

I do not know how their firewall works, so I can't help you if that's the cause.

For my websites, I usually use stablehost.com and arvixe.com as hosting providers.

I cannot figure how SSL can help you, but maybe has something to do with their firewall settings.

I contacted Amazon again. This rep told me that the firewall at Amazon was preventing my site from loading because it thinks my site has malware problems or has a past reputation for it. But my site has been up for 3 weeks. I have some adsense ads from Google and a Clickbank ad. Could one of those be registering as malware to the firewall?

or has a past reputation for it
Is this a domain you recently registered? I wonder if past history on the domain might be the problem. Just a guess - because only Amazon can give you a real answer.

Bought it a few weeks ago from Go Daddy.

Rep at Amazon said he would research it....might take a week or two.
