What are the best places to distribute review copies?

To All WarriorForum Members,

Please, i want to know the best places to distribute review copies for my new digital products. I have created two video-based courses right now related to WordPress and another one related to Internet Marketing.

I am aware that we can do that at the WarriorForum but i want to confirm the right procedure to do that. Every forum has its own rules and from the structure of WarriorForum it is not so obvious where review copies can be distributed. Should someone create a WSO to distribute review copies? or he/she can distribute review copies before creating a WSO?

If someone is experienced on this forum, it would be nice to spend a moment explaining the right procedure for that.

It would also be cool to know other places to distribute review copies on besides the WarriorForum.

Thanks in advance for your help! Your comments will be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards~

P.S: By review copy, i mean distributing the product for free in exchange for a small honest review.

The best place you can do that here is the "Warriors looking to hire you" section. There you're allowed to give review copies of your product.

Another option is to join JV groups on Facebook and post a comment saying you're giving away some free copies.

    Good luck!

Thank you for your detailed reply. I really appreciate it.

Yes, you are right! Facebook, Twitter and Google+ are great ways to distribute review copies. I didn't know though that the proper section for posting review copies on here is the "Warriors Looking To Hire You" section.

    Hi there!

    Here are some ways:

    1. Through Facebook groups.
    2. Twitter and Google+ also can be used but less effective than Facebook.
    3. As suggested above, the WarriorForum has a special section for that.
    4. Contact relevant blog owners and webmasters in your niche. They might be interested to get a review copy if your product is of high quality.
    5. Check other forums around. I am not allowed to advertise websites on here but i am sure you can find some good relevant results with a google search.
    6. Contact relevant product creators within your niche. Some of them would be interested to know you and check your new upcoming product.

I wish you all the best!

What you want is a warrior with a high post count giving you a good review. Having a high post count generally means that they are established and experienced and in the event that they don't like your product, they may just give you some advice instead.

Look through the WSO section and find warriors with a high post count that have given nice reviews. Then PM them.

    1. Product review requests should be posted in this section only. Not JV Requests, IM product reviews, or "Make money online."

    2. All review request thread titles must start with the tag [Reviewers wanted].

    3. You may ask potential reviewers to contact you via any combination of the following: Post in the thread, PM you, or send you an email. No outbound links (other than an email address) may be included in the body of the request, and you must close your thread prior to posting a WSO link for the product being reviewed.

In short, don't try to use this as a pre-selling system for an upcoming WSO.

    4. Product creators may put whatever qualifying criteria they wish on potential reviewers. Must have X posts, must have been a member for Y amount of time, first name must begin and end with a vowel... whatever. If you do not meet those criteria, don't ask for a review copy of the product.

    5. Critiques should be sent via whatever method the product creator specifies. Don't ask for a copy if you aren't going to actually review it and provide feedback. "Cool stuff" is not feedback.

This same process may be used to find beta-testers for new sites and software.
