Are there any Online Legal Services?

Hi warriors,

Do you know any websites were they provide online legal services? I need simple official contracts that people, who are providing a service for me, will get. This way I can give them an official document telling them they will get in return what I promised.

This will depend on where you are and where your outsourcers are and under whose legal system the contract is applicable (country). I'd suggest you get local legal advice rather than an online website if a contract is important to you

I know nothing about Legalzoom, but I'm with Rich on this one.

It is always better to go directly to a brick and mortor lawyer, unless of course they do have a website.

If I had to find one online, I'd go with Bob Silber - Attorney Bob Silber Legal Services

He's a Warrior, and has a good reputation.

My suggestion would be search for a law firm or the lawyer in your own city or near to your business. It is very important and especially in the legal matters to have the lawyer in the same city, state because then he will be completely abreast with all the laws, sections and will be able to give you exact advices on all legal matters.
Also, try to find out the one, whom you can trust and can reveal all information about your business.
Online services always come handy in these issues. Because you can contact them through many more ways than just calling them, can go through the general information about various laws on their website.
