Is there such a thing?

If so, where can I get one?

I'd love to be able to see my outsourcer's screens while they do the work I instruct them to do.

Micromanaging? Yes.

But I just want to make sure the work is getting done.

Easy do it yourself, if you can't trust others then the best thing is to do it yourself

I'll be honest - I have no idea why employers want to do this.

But since you want to, something similar to this (but not quite as intrusive) is the idea behind odesk.

You can use screen sharing software like teamviewer every day

But there must be something better that maybe takes a picture everytime a new program is opened or something is done or even every 10 minutes or something?
