Default Don't Forget to Market to Your Most Important List!

Do you know what your most important list is? It's your customer list! And if you're not paying attention to them, you could be making the biggest marketing mistake of all ... forgeting about the people who have already expressed an interest in your offering.

It's widely known that people who purchase from you once are much more likely to buy again!

I keep 2 lists ... one for prospects and one for customers. But I was paying too much attention trying to convert prospects at the expense of my customer list.

Here's what I do now. In addition to blog posts (which are for my customers especially) I now send out a monthly pdf postcard like this http://www.quiescencemusic.com/qmnote.pdf

It helps cement a bond between myself and my students. I also have a special Yahoo groups site for them as well.

Thanks for bringing some attention to this very important subject.

Many people say "The Money Is In The List"... "Build Your List" etc... but they rarely mention the fact that your customer list is the most important list of all!

Your Customer List is Pure Gold!!!

Your customer list consists of people who are proven buyers that are obviously interested in your exact product/niche/offer.

Who in the world is better to target for more of the same offers/products/services/etc... than someone who has already purchased something similar?

Bueller? Bueller? Anyone?

Your Customer List is the most targeted list you can ever imagine to build.

WHat the Op stated is very true.

And the fact is sometimes we spend too much effort trying o convert prospect and lose some of our customers in the process. When they don't hear from you for a while they forget about you!

This very true. I didnot keep in contact with my dealers for 3 month, and I lost a few.
