So I do one thing well and I want to sell it

I do one thing well and it is, create websites, facebook apps (contests, signups, etc..), and I've been trying different things and its not turning so good, perhaps because I don't enjoy doing it.

So I decided to finally focus on what I'm good doing, and sell it! the only problem is... I have no idea how to sell.

I read a post a few days a go of a fellow who had his uncle do cold calling to small business owners to do a "Casual offer" and claiming have like six figures out of it. does that work? how do I get the contact list?

It would be nice if you warriors can give me some ideas to build a sales funnel to sell... well... websites!

I was also thinking on building a small website explaining that I sell websites, and have a CPA campaign done somewhere, do someone recommend this?

Also if you are a successful internet marketer we could talk about me giving you commissions for each sale, like if I'm hiring some sort of sales department. Maybe its an awful idea, I don't know.

What you need in order to succeed with your project is this:

    1. Learn how to write great copy (copyblogger.com)
2 Learn how to set up a sales funnel (clickfunnel.com)
    3. Learn how to drive traffic yo your site (matthewwoodward.co.uk)

    It might take while..

I had a look at the offer at your signature link. What you want to achieve is that people see value in your proposal. They need to see you as some kind of authority. Until they do, you wont get any action.

There are two kinds of people on this forum. People making money and people wanting to make money. Until you make money, your focus should be on learning how to make money. Where I'm guessing you are at the present moment, is at the very beginning of understanding how IM niche works. But don't worry, everybody that makes money on online, started where you are now Best of luck!

First focus offline. Internet is too big to compete initially. So appraoch business people in your area/town saying how important to build a site for their business and get some sales. Once you start getting hold of offline, then turn to online thing.

It sounds like you should be selling to people that don't already have an online presence, you could start by visiting local shops to try to pitch them, or just work on networking to find people who need this

Perhaps you should focus on the things that you most enjoyed doing where you are most best at - technical side!

And when it comes to selling or marketing your products / services, you should be getting a professional sales guy or marketer who can do the job for you because this is where that are best known for - increasing your sales and profits!

You could go to odesk.com and bid on some peoples posted projects. That way you don't have to do any selling. They are always looking for web and fb developers on there. Just be a true freelancer.

And if your good, your feedback on odesk will reflect it. Others will naturally seek you out.

This way you don't have master copy writing, traffic creation etc.

    Starting Offline

    1. How big is your city or nearby city?
    2. How many business are there in the city? You can go to local chamber of commerce to ask.

If you the market is big enough, then start offline. How big is big enough? You decide.

    1. Get yourself a name card.
    2. You need to have your own webisite, facebook page, twitter and google+.
    3. Go to trade shows, introduce yourself, get to know people, pass your name card.
    4. Ask if they have a facebook page, twitter, and google+.
    5. Offer them to create a facebook page, twitter and google+ for say $25.

Now, you have list of potential customers and customers.

Work from there. Call Them, talk to them, build relationship, build rapport.

Then you can offer to create their websites, charge higher than the one you offered now.
Then you can offer to maintain their website, or FB Page, or Twitter.
Then you can offer them other services like video, etc.

    Online,

If your offline market is not big enough, then you can go online.
But still go for the offline to build our portfolio.

Other than that, others have give you good advice for online.
