  Yes I did, I have seen some of them but none of them have Survey Kind of landing page option there. Do you mind telling some if you know any ?

You can create using WP plugins like Form Creator.

All depends on whether this is actually a Survey and where would you want the answers to go.

Yes, 4 easy questions just to engage the visitor before you redirect visitor to offer's landing page. What ever he'll answer you'll redirect visitor to landing page.

Learn basic HTML, css along with Bootstrap. It will take at most 10 days if you study hard. But that is asset in online. Will need that knowledge always. The good thing about bootstrap is it will take the responsibility to make your site responsive and fix layout problems.

You can try W3Schools Online Web Tutorials to learn all of them.

Using bootstrap, I create my landing pages in 2 hours (at most).

Spending 10 days in learning it seems not worth for me, I am not sure if I should learn it or not. it will be better for me to hire a full time developer to work for me and to create LPs. But A tool is more convenient to me then a Human who will always ping me and will ask me "what's next ?" after every LP

Are you looking for a free tool or are paid options ok? There really are so many options available that it would be best to narrow your search down a bit. Do you want a Wordpress plugin, web app, etc.? If you answer those questions, the responses will be more aligned to your preferences.

It's more than worth it to learn how to build them yourself. Pardon my bluntness, but at this stage of your IM career, your time isn't worth that much - Get motivated and just do it. It will pay off in the end, when you're not wasting your time still trying to find the right templates.

I have probably 35 different presale pages, each one with 5-10 variations of each(in order to optimize ctr) - That's over 400 in total. I've saved over a hundred hours being able to do it myself, instead of trying to find the right one then find someone that can modify it and optimize it.
