Outsourcing Re-writing of articles

I am after finding out a good place to outsource having articles re-written.
I have the articles of approx 500words that i want split into 2 smaller articles for a blog and the one large article for the article websites.

Has any one got any good places to go too for this to be done at a reasonable cost.
