I suspect many of your website visitors dont even realise that you offer information on your website. One may visit your site, see your carousel and leave thinking the only option offered is the customer support link to the left... atleast that's how it displayed in my browser until I scrolled down.

    Very nice layout otherwise...

Improve your website load time: Website speed test Result

The theme looks really good, but the content above the fold is really important. Choose a different wordpress theme.

The way you have listed the packages (the text) is not looking good. Its hard to read.

Call to action buttons are too small and of the same color.

    My suggestion:

Reduce load time. Optimize site and try switching to a quality host if optimizing does not solve the problem.

    Change your WordPress theme

    Get a logo designed

Display your best work in your portfolio

As others have said, load time is a HUGE issue. People don't wait more than 5 seconds.

When it does load, I have to scroll to see what the site is about. That should be the first thing I see.

If I pass those two hurdles, the rest looks quite nice. I do find the packages visually hard to read. You might try making them easier to read with fonts and spacing; check out how some of the big guys do it, like Kissmetrics or CrazyEgg.

    Best of luck.

      Just curious . . .

Why the city scape image? What does it have to do with your business?

Also wondering about a headline, sub head, and narrative. How do you plan to stop browsers in their tracks and engage them in your offer?

I think in your effort to have a "cool" web site, you've overlooked the things that are needed to actually resonate with the prospect and make him want to consider your services.

      Good luck to you,

      Steve

Your conversion rate is low because you're too vague - I land on your site, know you're a "freelance developer" who offers "mobile app solutions".

Those are all vague that could mean 1,000 different things.

Even though you eventually get to the point, customers flip through a LOT of different websites to find someone to go with. You need to get right to the point with a captivating message that grabs their attention instantly.

24 cities, 3 years in business - other companies can claim much more than this.

There's no context for a "360 degree solution" - my brain tries to figure out what that means, again it's too vague.

Your website is good, and has the right content. It just needs to be organized, made more specific, and get straight to the point.

Customers have a lot of options today, and just don't have time to waste - you know it, and I know it from our own experience looking for a solution.

We don't have time to dig through a pile of content - we want what we need, right away, and without any effort - all you need is organization.

As the others said, the load time is SUPER SLOW...

besides that, I see you spammed all the info you can into your business plan... all you really need is the keywords that make people think "Good website!" like mentioning Google... and explaining what things do, is a HUGE THING...

if you just list all the features, most people won't know what it means and won't buy, if people know what it is, most likely they are price shoppers... and or other designers...

That list of services in the package is way too overwhelming and cluttered. Keep it simple. People will tell you what you need. You don't need to list everything you can think of.

i just restored the old version of my website that had a 3% conversion rate and made some fixes that you all suggested which should bring it up to 4% of visitors buying.

Thanks alot everybody i went too far trying to promote my service with too much incentives that actually brought almost zero results.

Hi, your website design look nice and simple but not professional.
You should use more pictures that match your service.
I think if you write "Offer Solution in a Competitive Price" than "I Find Solutions and I Offer Them for a Competitive Price", it would look far more professional
    Hope it helps

What do you consider a conversion on your site? A contact? My concern is that if I can't even tell what you consider a conversion, how is someone even going to purchase from your site?

My first bit of advice is to eliminate the top portion. Your site should start where you go once you click Learn More. Also I would put a call to action much higher up on your site. If "Contact" is in fact your conversion goal, that is buried all the way at the bottom of your site.

Why don't you add a paypal buy now button under the packages?

And work on your site speed, it's slow.

First and foremost.. it takes too much time for your website to load! You should fix that. You also offer web hosting services, which means your website should serve as an example, right?
