PPC'er has 3 problems.
I've been constructing a business plan for quite some time now.
I've been using article marketing for a long time with some great successes.
There are problems though that I can't get my head around.
Problem 1
Now I want to PPC to the page.
The page is only a report with an optin to get the report.
Will I be allowed to PPC to this page from the content network and not get kicked from Google Adwords?
I will be using other networks too (would really love a list of proven networks that work)
Now time for problem 2.
Problem 2
When I PPC to my salespage, which I want to add some sort of lead capture, I though using an exit popup would be ok.
But not in Googles eyes.
How do I get around this lack of being able to capture leads effectively.
My guess is already to build a feeder page like the one metioned in problem 1 but Im not sure if thats even allowed. (as per problem 1)

Im lacking ad networks to get my ad's placed on.
I've tried many times to find out how ads were being placed on some site,s so I could find the source and get my advertisement on there.
The problem is that the networks are hard to find and even when hovering over ad's on particular website you get a web url something like "adlog.com.com" but that site doesn't exist so I can't figure out where the source of the advertisement is to put my ad there.
I hope my problems are outlined with enough information for help in resolving them
