I've been employing a VA for a few weeks now. He does about 20 hours a week and i've mostly used him for tweaking blogs, bookmarking, web 2.0 properties, all the stuff i don't have time to do. The problem is he isn't yet paying for himself so what are the best ways to use a VA to get a fast return? Nick |

Maybe the question shouldn't be is he paying for himself yet, but should be - are you paying for him with the extra time and work you're able to accomplish? Are you noticing any increase in your income?

As far as I can reckon maybe the best way to to monatize a VA is to make sure that the duties you have them perform is profitable which means they need to be doing things that will help you generate money NOW.

If these tasks that your VA is doing arn't earning you anymore income then why are you making him do them? Okay you don't have time but are they really important or not? A After all its all about the money at the end of the day! You could make a warriors for hire thread or a wso and offer his services out to people at a cheap rate however that would mean he has less time to work for you and on your projects. Tom Brite |
