Building a website & targeting other countries

Hi was looking at some amazing Results today and found a kw I could easily rank.

The only problem its in another country. (Turkey)

Im targeting English speaking people. Just wondering how would I rank it in Turkey?

All the backlinks need to come from Turkey? Social media has to be from Turkey? Do i have to use the kw (Turkey) in my website? Does the hosting have to be in Turkey? I have a good usa hosting company i like using.
