| It's a long story but I had a problem with Ebay sometime ago and because of this I was placed on the Paypal blacklist and cannot buy or sell now. My experience from the start has been terrible with Paypal and although I can't stand the way they do business I do see the need to have a Paypal account. I have tried setting up other PP accounts but within a week or two I get the infamous email from them stating my account is on hold until I verify myself with a dozen different documents. Obviously I could have a friend or family member open a Paypal account but I'm afraid Paypal would detect my IP address and put a freeze on this account (and the money in it) also. Any crafty ideas on how to get around the Paypal blacklist? |

Find out from them what you can do. What did you do? I've not seen that level of restriction...ever....get around it? not legally...one option is AlertPay.. Try and get someone who is a supervisor on the phone, I've got the number: 1-888-221-1161. Go through the verification process.

This may not apply to your particular circumstance, but I know from personal experience AND from firsthand conversations with dozens and dozens of paypal reps after I also had my fist bad experience with them... You'll hear many people insist that they withdraw all of their PP funds asap, because they are afraid of the 'freeze'. This is the worst thing you can do, and they HATE this. Leave your funds in there....if you can afford it, leave enough funds in there to cover your previous 90 days worth of sales - and even better, up to 6 months, to cover any possible chargebacks. Paypal doesn't care about you or what you do - they just want to keep Visa and Mastercard happy. Sure, they can withdraw funds directly from your attached bank account if necessary, but not without a long term cost to them. The quickest way to draw attention to your account is to withdraw all of your PP funds immediately. Leave your cash in their hands long enough to cover any potential chargebacks and you'll be surprised at how little attention they will send your way. On the other hand....withdraw all of your funds right away and you'll quickly get the red flags which end up with a human audit, credit check, etc etc. They are just trying to protect themselves - help them do this by leaving enough funds in your account to cover any problems and they'll be MUCH happier to keep you as a customer. |

I have had problems with paypal in the past but after i complained and said it was harassment i havent had an issue since. It all happened because i did lots of jvs straight after each other and they thought i was a fraudster because the money i made went up for two weeks and then back down again which is what happens with jvs. if in doubt do all your sales through clickbank instead, i know many people on here that have had problems and now have everything through clickbank. kind regards sam X |

If you can't clear this up w/ paypal, then the only way around this is to start over w/ new everything. And when I say everything, that means: Different spelling of your name, Different address or spelling of address, different computer, different ip address - which in many cases means a different internet service provider, different bank account and or credit-cards. ALL of these must be different from any you've used before.
