Does 'Microthemer' work with 'Optimize Press 2.0'? For Customizing One's Website Appearance?

Quick question: Does 'Microthemer' work with 'Optimize Press 2.0'?
Microthemer apparently is used for altering CSS files on 'any' (that's how they advertise it) Wordpress theme or plugin.
I contacted Optimize Press about this but the very nice and very helpful support lady wasn't sure as she said that it had not been tested.
Anyone using Optimize Press 2.0... and Microthemer to adjust the CSS code for customization purposes?
Now... that said... I'm a complete newbie to CSS... lol
... so forgive me if my question here appears naive here to the coders out there.
