need some advice

so basically on my wordpress website, I was looking and noticed that all 5 of my articles have no

1. SEO TITLE
2. SEO DESCRIPTION
3. SEO KEYWORDS

What does this mean exactly? And what should I do to start getting the site ranking to appear in google and bing etc.

there is also some grayish circle marked under the column of SEO in the wordpress


I see that one of the articles has the keyword repeated 7 times in it. I created an xml site for the website, what would I have to do next??

    When you're using Wordpress, it's customary to install an SEO plugin like "all in one seo." I'm rather surprised that you didn't do more research or purchase a guide/course to figure out how all of this stuff is supposed to work before you got started. I hope you at least did some niche research for your particular market before you got going. Knowing how to do proper research is crucial.

    You only have 5 articles, your website must be new, so there's no need to panic. Just install a SEO plugin, preferably Yoast or all-in-one (I prefer yoast, but both are good, you choose!) and use it.
