Hello my dear fellow members,

Hope you all doing great.

I need some expert advice on good and effective ways to promote finance related products (e.g. life insurance, general insurance, mutual funds) on Facebook.

Thank you all. :-)

You have to be VERY careful with how and under what situations you market specific financial products to the general public or you can get in very serious trouble. You can't market specific products on facebook AT ALL.

Further, if you just try and build a list of people interested in learning more about mutual funds (as an example) and then try to sell a specific fund to those people you could get in trouble for doing that because now you're offering spcific financial advice to people you have no actual relationship with.

I'm guessing maybe you just got your license? That gets you SORT OF around one problem but gives you another. If you market a specific financial product to someone and you haven't taken the time to learn their specific situation you can find yourself getting your license yanked.

Actually, it's my friend who's looking for a solution for his company. Finance industry is something I am really not very aware of .... I was trying to help my friend technically and by creating some creatives for him. So, was looking for some ideas. After reading your message, I understood that there are some restrictions too for this specific niche. Thanks. :-)

I suggest you to create small marketing videos for your insurance products. This works well on the social media! You can use these videos as advertisement on YouTube and you can also post them on all the social media websites. This will make the concept of insurance more interesting!

Thanks a lot. Yes, creating videos sounds like a good idea indeed ... a short length yet engaging video triggers an action, many a times, if not always! :-) Thanks a lot.
