Where it says SEO TITLE, all I do is copy and paste whatever the title is of the article being displayed on my wordpress websitte. Good idea or bad?

Another question, as I review my article, can I use majority of the words being used int he article as the SEO KEYWORDS and put it in there in my wordpress admin page??

Well there is no harm in it... but to maximize your SEO efforts try to use TITLE in this format....
"Main Keyword- Your Title with LSI or related KW" for example..
""Bass Fishing- Best Technique To Catch Bass Fish In Shallow Water"

And for second part... use your keywords first in article NOT vice versa.

After you find a long tail keyword with low competition. Make sure you use it in the Article Title, <H1> Tag, First paragraph (description), through the article to maintain keyword consistency but don't over do it. You can check the suggestions by Yoast.

The SEO Title is for search engines, you can write a custom title with your keyword. Add a custom description and keywords in the keyword section

The trick is to use related keywords in the article.

When you're coming up with titles, you should go for something that's both catchy and optimized for the search engines -- if possible. Depending on the keyword length, you will sometimes have to choose one over the other. If you relying on mostly search engine traffic, choose a title that will work better for the search engines. If you have a list or something, use something catchy, so that people are more likely to open it.

    Hi,

Sounds good to me. Before picking titles, think about titles that caught your attention. Blogging-wise, newspaper-wise, life-wise. If you work off of this premise you'll no doubts get strong SEO benefits but you'll also reel in readers who don't find you through search engines. This is where the traffic's at for many seasoned and of course, newbie bloggers.

I reckon my titles make my blog posts. I may need to get my SEO game in order to target traffic but if I don't get my title down, people are not clicking through for sure.
