Looking for some advices about dog niche

Hello there!

I decided to create a facebook page about my dog and a specific breed one month ago and now i'm trying to make it grow. I created an instagram account too, a youtube account one week ago and a zazzle account two days ago.
I currently have 3k fans on FB and another 3k followers on IG.

Now i'm a bit lost. What is the next step?
Should i make a pinterest account? 80/90% of pinterest users are female and they love dogs.
I heard that affiliate marketing is a good thing to start and building a email list is important. How can i do that with just a fb page and an instagram account?

Thanks.

I think you should now create a niche blog and link it to your Facebook page. Then share each of your blog posts to social media sites.

If you're using video, embed the videos into their respective posts.

Encourage each of your FB fans to subscribe to your blog too, which will build an email list.

Then as you create new blog posts, you can share them on your FB page.

And yes, create a Pinterest account so you can share each blog post's feature image to Pinterest. This will help drive traffic to the blog.

Also, when you create your blog, don't use a free site. Register a domain name and get hosting. Steer yourself away from relying on Facebook. Turn into a branch off of your main blog now.

Make a page with a sign up box. Open an account with aWeber.com
    Start collecting emails.
Don't concentrate on technology it's a waste of time.
Get a list and start following up with your email list every three days.
Send them free information and finally sell them a course or your product.

Wow, it's great to know that you have 3k fans on FB.

Now, it's time that you create a niche blog and start leveraging your fans to your website and then monetize your blog with affiliate programs and CPA offers.

Also, focus on building a list by offering your potential subscribers something free like a report or a pdf in exchange for their email.

Instead of just using a Facebook page and adding links there, you should create your own website. That way you can promote anywhere online because you won't be able to promote the FB page in other places like Google, Bing, and Yahoo ads. Sure you can add a link in your YouTube videos but you have to think long term and the positive effects of having your own website and domain name.

Pintrest would also be a good idea - but really what you want to be doing now is producing desirable content. Dig into your market, what content is being consumed most? What drives people crazy (in a good sense) in your market? What can you offer in terms of content keeping in mind it should also closely align with your method of monetization (recommending products as an affiliate, ads, lead generation, info products, etc...)

Thanks for your replies! It's really useful.

Well, i'll try pinterest then. I need to figure out how it works.

I launched a Teespring campaign ( Limited Edition Nao The Pug Merch! | Teespring ) and i'm currently trying to promote it (sold one). I tried Facebook ads but it was expensive (~$0.50 per click...), is it a normal ppc or should i give another try with some changes?
What do you think of the t-shirt design?

      Thanks again!

Edit: ok i made a mistake with facebook ads (and sold one). I'm trying a new ad campaign now.

For the pet niche there's a community called Blogpaws that is good for connecting with other bloggers. There's a popular dog blogger named Crusoe the Daschund; I'd take a look at his FB site and blog and see what seems to be working well for him.

Are you using twitter? There's a ton of pet bloggers there as well - consider joining Triberr where you can share/post your own content. A lot of it will be reciprocated.

If you want to do Niche fan pages with 1 cent clicks I highly recommend Amazon Beast. I have been doing his training for just over a week and I am very impressed. http://jvz8.com/c/344525/143337.
I have been using it for direct sale products but you could use it to sell anything from Amazon to affiliate products. It teaches you the most important steps to getting your offer in front of the right audience with the least amount of cost.
