How to find somebody who will be making/promoting blog

I would like to start blog (yoga, meditation, self-development) but I don't want to do the technical job both for creating it and promotion. I mean that I would like just to provide content which I believe may be interesting for other people, but I don't know (and don't want to do myself) how to make this content appear as blog and how to inform people that such blog exists.


So I would like to hire somebody to do this; I think this is project manager position, but I don't certainly need dedicated project manager for such project.


Certainly I can go to Freelance sites, there will be tons of responses...


Any ideas for the best way to find such person.

    Well, there are many people offering such service on this forum itself. They create blogs, offer content, rank them and you make money with the blog.
