How much to price for a adsense theme

I am a web developer and I am thinking of selling a Wordpress adsense theme as WSO. I never done any WSO before so I need to get few answers of my questions.
The theme I am building that should be decent modern , responsive and completely safe and sound for adsense . I have 3 years experience of building wordpress theme and I am confident on my skill. Besides I will give 24/7 support guarantee to it's all buyer .
Questions:
1. How much I can price for it ?
2. How much commission I can keep for fellow affiliates , so that my theme would sale fast?
3. Would it be better if I team up with a JV partner or sale by myself ? Where can I find a JV partner ?
