JVZoo questions and issues

I've had problems logging into my sellers account and it seems I am the only one with any issue at all. When I go to the main page and click the login link, I get taken to a blank white page. The same happens when I click the link to sign up for a seller or affiliate account. I sent a support ticket twice since yesterday afternoon with no response. Anyone else having issues like this or have any idea what I may be having problems with that might be causing this to happen?

I've had a customer/buyer account for years and decided to finally use that platform to sell from. I've had my seller account for about a year now but it's a completely different account than my buyer account. I can log into my buyer account but not my seller. Again, it's not that it's not letting me log in, it's not even giving me the page to enter my login info on. Very strange. Also, through their support link I entered my email and it said it does not recognize my email in the system. I was logged into that same account four days ago because I have a product I am launching and was doing some work in there.

I've tried clearing my history, cache, etc. Tried multiple browsers and also tried logging in through my android with the same results. I even reset my modem and router with hopes of clearing some bug. The login page simply is coming up blank.

Any thoughts or ideas? Anyone have any similar experiences? Please help or share as I can't find anyone to help. I've tried contacting them through their support and also their official fb page. No luck.

Anyone have any idea???
