Clone Scripts is the easy way to get develop your website or apps. You can get many clone script providers try to Google it.

are you asking if you could recreate the wix system? The editing page system, members area, etc?

I really doubt you can get this on hotscripts or clone scripts...

In my opinion it's too complex for the beginners... But let's assume you know what you are doing... Then I would do the code with programmers.

I would probably hire someone on Elance and I would invest around $50,000 to get such a project...

Plus, don't forget, what about templates? That's another $25,000... wix got some nice templates.....

If you want to get online with some basic marketing(I said basic) it's going to be another $25000

Total: $100,000 investment...

If you don't have the money you can raise money on crowd funding websites... not sure if kickstarter would allow exactly software funding but it's worth a try... Or, if you ever able to make it to Silicon Valley meetings, then you might be able to get the money... But they would have to really love your product to give you money...
