Could anyone tell us if email marketing lists available on websites like infousa.com are any good?

Infact if email addresses on these websites are legit?

if so, should one use them?

      Pardon me, but your ignorance is showing.

      First off, when you obtain a list from a legitimate broker like InfoUSA, you don't buy the list. You rent it for one time use. And you never actually take possession of the list itself, your offer is emailed on your behalf, much like the solo ads most are familiar with.

      For most on the WF, renting B2C lists with specific interests could be profitable once they have their conversions up and know their numbers. Sadly, this probably leaves out a large percentage of Warriors.

      With that cleared up, I would tend to agree with your first statement. Actually buying email lists, especially the "Million emails for $99" type offers, is a dumb thing to do because those lists generally are junk.

      Renting legitimate lists from a legitimate broker is a horse of an entirely different color.

    no buying any mail list is not a good idea....you dont know the email address is spam or not...so do it by your selp is the best idea...use any email collecting software to collect leads...its very effective...

    I've actually used list sources like infousa before with
    pretty good results.

    Just make sure you're sending the traffic to your own
    squeeze page.

    DO NOT send a paid offer to these lists. You won't make
    any profits at all.

    Always be building your own list.
