Best way to promote mobile game reviewing website?

I have a question.

I have started a mobile game reviews website and now need to promote it. The thing is, I don't know where to start. I have created other webpages before but in different niches.

So my question is: What is the best way to promote such a website and to get traffic to it? Which social networks are best for mobile gaming? How would one go about growing those social networking accounts?

    ask your friends to download your mobile app for FREE and post their POSITIVE reviews.

    ask them to share this app with their friends and use WORD OF MOUTH method to promote your app.
    once you get a good start and good traffic, you can monetize it.
