Best Kindle Keyword Niche Program?

Is there a Kindle Keyword and Niche Program that seems to be the most effective? Any suggestions would be most appreciated before I start on my first ebook.

I currently do this by hand so I'm definitely interested in software that automates KINDLE NICHE discovery. Right now, it takes me HOURS to find great niches. In fact, I have to slog through lots of dead ends.

At the very least, the software should cross reference top rankings with top 30 rankings and the date of self-published titles.

  So let's make a pot of coffee and some biscuits and ask your friend over to give a thirty minute dissertation on the whys and whys nots of this program: (is humor allowed in a forum that has "warrior" in the title...but then again I may be the only one laughing, and in that case, I'll just stroll around some tall redwoods or sequoias and ponder. Besides that, could you ask why they like it?
