AdWords Billing Problem

Hi all,

I activated an AdWords campaign today by changing my credit card info in the the billing section. (My previous billing info was no longer current.) However, AdWords is STILL giving me an error message, saying that the billing info is incorrect and I need to update it.

Apparently, I had a previous bill of $0.01 that they're trying to charge me for and it's not going through. For now, the ads for the new campaign are now running, but they're telling me that if the billing info isn't updated, the ads will quit running.

I've re-submitted the billing info no less than three separate times today and triple-checked it before I submitted it. The info IS valid. Grrrr! Does anyone know what might be wrong? Is it because they're trying to submit a charge for just a penny????

I clicked over to their "Help" section, but I really need to speak with an AdWords rep and there's no phone or chat option available right now. Help!
