You can search offervault, cash network, or clickbank for some. Not sure of the point of worrying about the highest paying affiliate programs. It's awesome to think big, but if you can't sell a lower tiered product you can't sell a higher tiered on either.

Don't know you lever of expertise, but don't just send out offers because they pay a high dollar. Really provide value to your customer and do your best to send them quality stuff.
