Low competition Niche

I found a niche to blog about and advice, tips etc that has about average 687k monthly and 301k monthly searches, with majority of low keyword ideas but the highest suggested bid in adsense is $0.06 - Should I still dive into that niche and embrace the traffic I will get instead.? I can still go another route in monetizing the site?.

Any advice please

If a niche has that many low competition keywords with that low of a suggested bid, that says to me that the traffic doesn't convert. If it did, the suggested big would be much higher because the keywords themselves would be more competitive to rank for. In short, I wouldn't waste my time with that.

Also, as someone who started out using free sites (and losing his content and money due to the changes they made), I'd really suggest that you find a profitable niche that you like and know a little something about. Then, you should start a blog on your own domain, so you have control over the content and are able to build a list.

As the monthly search volume is huge, you can have large traffic to tap.

Actually the niche is in education - Particularly an exam taken in Nigeria annually. It is been administered by a board called JAMB. You can see in keyword planner
