Is there any package of html tutorials availabe?
I have tried some but i would like to know which
gives the best result, with a simple english narration

You could get some free ones by searching HTML tutorials in google

I would just hit W3Schools Online Web Tutorials

I've learned so much from that site, it's a great resource.

Here are two I used (the 2nd link will take you to the Webmonkey's HTML cheatsheet which I found really helpful, but you will easily find a link to their tutorial on top of the page):
