LinkedIn! Do You know if you have one?

I work with LinkedIn a lot and I was wondering if there is any software that helps to find LinkedIn connections, I mean do a search and find people to connect with. The reason I ask is because LinkedIn limits the number of search a person can do monthly and if I want to do more search I have to pay for it.
Another question. Any software that send messages to connections with personalized name?
