Wordpress.org + a2hosting OR WP + bluehost ?

Hi
I am planning on two things but confused
1.Simple ecommerce website wordpress.org + A2hosting ? OR wordpress.org + bluehost?
Since it will be an ecommerce site..does paypal work smoothly with wordpress.org ?

2.Blog with wordress.org + bluehost ?
Self affiliated hosting mentioned on wordpress.org

    Paypal work's fine with Wordpress and I suggest you to go with A2hosting anytime.

    Reasons:
    - No overloaded Servers
    - SSD which is much faster
    - Technical support is fantastic and that of blue-host is pathetic.
    - Regular backups
    - Good uptime.

    Have no experience with A2 so can't say, but stay away from Bluehost.

    Go with A2. HostGator and BlueHost have both been bought out and are not nearly as good as they once were. I personally use A2 and am a satisfied customer.

    This is the first time I hear someone say bluehost are not ok. I've never had any problems with them, but then again, there are plenty of people who still use Hostgator and have never encountered any problems either, despite the massive amount of bad reviews I keep reading lately.
    My point is, just try them out, choosing a web hosting company is much like playing the lottery lately.

    I used to be with host gator and had a terrible experience. Then I switched to blue host and love it. It's user friendly to use and easier to navigate unlike host gator which is bit more complicated to get around in my opinion.

      Yes, run away ... from bluehost. I am the latest victim. Horrible load time, poor service, etc ... I see that A2 is often mentioned and will investigate. I am also looking at dreamhost (vps).

    Both are EIG companies, so I would stay away.

          I am an happy customer with a2hosting.

          Last week one of my client got hit big time by spammer and they drove the use of bandwidth to the max.

          Once I showed them the proof that it was not my client's fault, they were kind enough to raise the bandwidth limit and give us the time to block those spammers @ssholes.

          The site of my client is a business site and it helps her get new student. She is in the process of getting new students for her courses. So it was super important the website stay online.

          The customer service of a2hosting is there 24/7 and they are helpful. I have been with other hosting companies and they blew me away with their professionalism.

          Also SSD is just awesome and fast.

          By reading online I discover that some other hosting companies would not raise the bandwidth limit because of a spammer attack.

          Lets just say me and my client are both grateful.

          Also since they have people from warriorforum with them, they know about internet marketers and are friendly with internet marketers. So that is a plus.

          Some hosting companies may have little experience with people like us.

    As long as you are on shared hosting, you can expect variable quality of web hosting services. There are cheaper alternatives too. I had good experience with StableHost but then their server got attacked and DDOsed and everything and i left for self managed VPS hosting.

    But coming back to your question, wordpress works just fine with both of these companies without you noticing any big difference.
